We are looking for spiritually mature, relationally gifted and visionary leaders to help disciple children and young people and to grow our ministries at St Thomas’ Church.
A few of the benefits we offer:
Holidays: 6 weeks including 6 Sundays, to be taken throughout the year. Bank holidays. At least 1 Sunday morning off per half-term, to worship with the rest of the congregation.
Personal retreat, Team retreat & Continuing Professional Development
Church Centre-based working with opportunity to work from home

Children and Families Lead
Permanent Post – 32-40 hours a week (dependent on candidate)
Salary – £27,711 – £30,060 pro rata (depending on experience & training)
Youth Ministry Lead
Permanent Post – 30-40 hours a week (dependent on candidate) – including 5 hours per week as part of the New Wine Youth Minster pilot project to resource other local churches.
