FAQs
-
All our services are on every week in St Thomas’ Church (Marton St.)
Our service times are:
9-10am
11am-12:30pm
7-8:30pm
And there are refreshments afterwards in the Centre!
-
Our services all involve some singing together (lyrics are displayed) - a short talk about part of the Bible, and an opportunity to reflect or pray.
-
At St Tees, we get a mix at every service! Most senior folk attend the 9am, while most families go to the 11am, and most students & young adults the 7pm. But we suggest trying each and making your own decision.
-
There’s no dress code for any of our services. Please just wear whatever you feel comfortable in.
-
Nothing! We don’t expect or assume any Bible or church knowledge. You are welcome as you are.
-
No. Everything involving our ‘congregation’ (that’s you!) is voluntary. This includes standing to sing songs, passing the collection around, communion, and praying. We understand everyone’s experience of Church is different.
